Robert Rome, residing in Northbrook, Illinois, is a highly skilled individual with an impressive professional background. With more than five decades of expertise as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he also serves as a Financial Immersion Consultant and is the proud proprietor of Healthy Vending LLC. An entrepreneur at heart, Robert has founded several businesses throughout his career.

Having obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University in Bloomington, Robert Rome entered the world of business and finance. Over the years, Robert has held notable roles, including Managing Partner at Rome Associates, LLP, CFO at TMC Inc., and Senior Accountant at KPMG.

More recently, Robert acted as the CFO and Practice Manager at Cole D. Lundquist, M.D., where he assumed responsibility for staffing, hiring, accounting, financial affairs, and addressing miscellaneous issues. Robert worked here for three years before moving on to a new business venture. In this venture, Robert Rome embraced the self-employed role, becoming a Financial Immersion Consultant. As a consultant, Robert offered invaluable services to small and medium-sized businesses, delivering expert guidance on various financial matters such as office management, cash flow management, forecasting, taxes, and other pertinent concerns.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a proficient financial expert who plays a pivotal role in business and finance. Leveraging their profound understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial laws, CPAs offer indispensable assistance to individuals, businesses, and governmental entities. Robert possessed an innate aptitude for this field of expertise and derived immense satisfaction from imparting his knowledge to those who required it most.

Currently, Robert is the owner of Healthy Vending LLC. As the owner, Robert assumes complete responsibility for every facet of the company’s operations. This entails overseeing not only essential components but also demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of the vending machine industry as a whole. Having embarked on this venture in January 2021, Robert has embraced the array of new challenges that this endeavor has presented, relishing in the valuable experiences it has brought forth.

Robert Rome actively engages in community involvement, prioritizing his efforts toward supporting environmental projects and poverty alleviation programs. He recognizes these organizations’ unfortunate lack of adequate funding and is committed to contributing his fair share to sustain their operations. As an environmentalist, Robert often feels the frustration of advocating for unheard causes. Part of his dedication involves educating younger generations about the significance of these issues, a role he wholeheartedly embraces due to his innate teaching abilities. 

In addition to his community-oriented endeavors, Robert has served as a board member for various organizations. These include Providence St. Mel School, Allendale Association, Imperial Stamp & Engraving, and Capitol Bank of Chicago. By actively participating in board meetings, Robert demonstrates his commitment to giving back to his community, making meaningful contributions in various spheres.
